Good’ay!
Room Available in Bayswater Beechboro Road South. Located in a quiet place, 15 minutes walk to the train station or you can catch a bus. Only 15 minutes drive to the airport if you are on fifo. Centrally located close to Tonkin Highway, Morley Galleria Shooping Centre and neighbour with Mount Lawley/ Beaufort where you can grab some of the best coffee shops and popular restaurants in Perth.
Its a four bedroom house and the lounge and bathroom will be shared among 3 persons only. Its a very spacious house and also have a small gym corner, that I am happy to share with all residents.
This is a very chill and quiet house where you will feel home. I am not super fussy on cleaning but expect you to keep it on a standard level. We are all working individuals who works in different fields and shifts.
I am originally from Mauritius 🇲🇺 and the two other housemates are from Ireland 🇮🇪 and England 🏴 . We are very cool 😎people and respect each other space.
Minimum Stay is 1 month and Maximum stay is 3 Months with possibility to extension.
Bond is only One week + One week Rent in Advance!
