Premium Rooms Near Transport & Uni – No Cooking, quiet 2-storey home.

We are a welcoming, non-smoking household. We love to meet new people and have done extensive travels all around the world and love to have the opportunity to host and get to know you. We enjoy the outdoors, church, family and friends.

The house is close to Perth CBD, Airport (7 min train), ECU, TAFE, Navitas, and UWA (Bus 950). 3 mins walk to train station. There is also a direct train to and from the airport which is a 7 minute ride.
We also have 3 train lines - High Wycombe, Ellenbrook and Midland (this train also takes you directly to Fremantle).

The Rooms: Room 1: Double room with twin beds & built-in robe.
Room 2: Queen room with walk-in robe. Both have desks, lamps, and access to upstairs TV area & balcony.

House Rules & Food: Non-cooking household: Kitchen use is for microwave, fridge, and kettle only.
Dinners provided: We cook fresh meals nightly (Halal, Veg, Non-Veg) available for a small fee. Strictly no smoking/vaping inside or outside.

Terms & Application: 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance.
FIFO Discount: $75 off while away on shift.
No In-Person Viewings: To protect occupant privacy, we do not hold viewings. Video walkthrough available for serious applicants. ID required for contract.
