This room is the guest room but its larger than the master with ensuite. This room has its own balcony and large wardrobe it's located next to the main bathroom (almost an ensuite)

This room is ONLY available to a FIFO couple.
you both must be very clean and respectful people.
Bayswater train station is 3 mins walk. 1 stop to Redcliff station and 2 stops to international only 10 mins to CBD by train.
Bayswater hotel (when the reno is finished) is 2 mins walk.

5 mins to the river
Morley galleria 5 mins drive.

am a 40 year old construction supervisor working full time 5 days a week. I've just had the finance approved on this property and should be settling on the 18th of march.
I enjoy a game of golf, playing pool and chilling with beers & mates.
I would defiantly describe myself as a person that enjoys peoples company but also look forward to having my own space hence way this room is only available to FIFO's
although am currently working in the city towards the end of the year I will be returning to the FIFO life style so I can spend most of my R&R abroad. (you would be basically renting the full apartment to yourselves.
