- 2 outdoor cameras and 1 indoor camera installed, but none of them capturing any room. I don’t check the CCTV unless something happens. Installing them is for security purposes.

- Looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respectful

- Can have friends for visit time to time, but not overnight
- Double bed room: $250 per week, 2 week bond

P.S. Renting out a spare room for Airbnb until end of April. Then will not run Airbnb from May. If you need to move in before May, a couple will share the bathroom and toilet with you.
