Description of the home

I’m heading away for around 2 months and am looking for someone to stay in my furnished 3×1 house in Bedford while I’m away.

Two options available:

Entire House and bathroom - Good for a couple - Rent the whole furnished house
$700 per week

You’ll have the place to yourselves while I’m away

Room and shared bathroom - Good for a single
$500 per week

Choice of:
- Master bedroom, or
- Bedroom + office/closet combo (two rooms used together)

Shared use of the home if renting as a single

Location:
Walking distance to Galleria Shopping Centre, Officeworks, Varsity and other local amenities
Short bus trip to the city
Close to Inglewood, Maylands and Mt Lawley

Photos are a little older — I’m always improving the place, so some things have changed

This is my home; when I’m away you’ll have full use of the space

If we get along, there may be flexibility to stay either side of my travel dates

Looking for someone clean, respectable and easy-going. Not a party house.
