Home Description
Description of the home
Looking for a room mate(s) in Beeliar.
The house is massive and wildly under-utilised. My housemates are moving to the east coast, so myself and my two Boston Terriers (Wicket & Vadar), are looking to invite someone else to share the:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 office
- 2 bathrooms
- Large communal living area + Kitchen
- Large seperate entertainment/dinning area
- Large separate lounge/cinema room
- Large outdoor entertaining area
- 2 car lock up garage + driveway space for 2 more cars
- Ducted aircon, but no central heating.
You get it. It’s big.
The neighbourhood is quiet, and traffic is easy to manage getting out of the suburb. But the downside is you need a car to mange life needs.
Whats on offer: Bedroom(s) furnished/unfurnished. Up to you. Split utility bills & internet. Garage/secure parking. Periods of alone time and the house entirely yours (you’ll need help with the house and yard upkeep). Bus stop down the end of the street, or you can car pool with me on the days I drive in (I have a car space in the city).
The house has a cinema room too! :)
This place is a rental, so depending on your circumstance you’ll have to go on a lease (I’ll sort that with the real estate) if you plan to be here for longer than 3 months.
Four weeks bond, and co-contribution to rental inspection cleaning, as well as at the end of your term in the house.

Still relatively new to the Westcoast, and haven’t yet built strong local connections.
I spend a good chunk of my day working but also alternating across yoga, meditation, cycling and at the gym.
Down time for me usually involves reading books or chilling out in the cinema room of an evening.
I am house proud, and would prefer house mates to enjoy the living spaces I have to offer.
Wicket and Vadar, they essentially rule me. So don’t be surprised if I’m cooking up a feast in the kitchen - for them, while I settle for a garden salad. :)
Flatmate Preferences
- Outside okay
