The apartment is in a fantastic location with everything essential within walking distance.

Springs shopping centre is a 2 minute walk including Woolworths, a chemist, gym, doctor, pub and much much more with lots of food options. You’d be spoiled for choice.

The building itself is a fairly new build and very well maintained, it has a lot of security with coded/keyed entrances and cameras at every entrance. The apartment is on the top floor making it extremely safe.

The place is a spacious yet cozy environment which makes it a easy to clean, with the privacy of your own room and bathroom.

In terms of transport there’s a bus stop 10 meters away. There are a couple visitor parking spaces which the other residents also use.

Looking for someone short term (could possibly extend) while in between room mates , similar aged who doesn’t mind being social, respectful and also clean.
