Fully furnished master bedroom with air conditioning available from Sunday 8th March. Suitable for a couple – $500 per week, all bills included. Rent is paid upfront

Moving in cost: One week rent + bond (500+500aud).
One week notice required when moving out (bond= last week rent)

Looking for someone able to move in on Sunday 8th March (7th March evening may also be possible, but please don't ask for later date than 8th March. Considering how many people are interested in the room, there is simply no reason to keep it vacant)

Bentley Plaza: 5 min drive / 2 stops by bus/15min walk
Includes Woolworths, Spudshed (local grocery store open 24/7), post office, pharmacy, restaurants and services.

Hi, I’m Kadri from Estonia. I’m an international student about to finish my carpentry course and planning to return to FIFO work in a few months.

The house is shared with two girls — myself and my housemate NK, who is a Korean backpacker working full-time.

We both have busy schedules. I study and work two casual jobs, so I’m usually out and about. Occasionally, I enjoy having a few friends over for dinner, but overall we keep a calm and quiet home. It’s definitely not a party house — we both work a lot and usually go to bed early.

We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle — working full-time or studying — who values a peaceful, respectful home. Cleanliness and being considerate in shared spaces are very important to us.

House Guidelines

We like to keep the home comfortable for everyone, so we follow a few simple habits:

-Smoke-free house.

-Wash your dishes after use and help keep the kitchen tidy.

-Take the rubbish out when the bin is getting full.

-Please leave outdoor shoes on the rack at the entrance (the house is mostly carpeted).

-Keep noise low after 10pm on weekdays, or anytime someone is resting.

-Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving a room.

-Store food properly (containers and cling wrap). No uncovered food in the fridge or left on the stove in pots or pans.

-Clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces as you found them.

-We clean the house weekly and follow a simple cleaning schedule. You’ll be responsible for cleaning every second weekend. (All cleaning equipment and products provided)
