Hi All, we are looking for new female housemate in 2 bedroom house in Adross. The room is a just enough size for single person. The houe n the come fully furnished.

You ll be sharing the place with 2 other ladies on her mid 20s . Super easy going people. We have 1 person in the granny flat n the other in the house with you. You'll be sharing your bathroom with her only.

We split the bills between 3 people.
Water & electricity comes every 2 months. Water is 30 to 60 n electricity 300 to 450 but remember thats for 2 months of electricity n water bill. Plus we have wifi 60 per month.

This is an ideal please for a student or someone fifo as everything is in the house already. We prefer long term stay however it can be discussed.

Close to shops and Public transport. 15 minutes to CBD & 15 minutes to Freo. A huge leisure center near by.
