I am located on 5 acres of land in a lovely community. People think because we have land, we must be a long way from the city. We are only approx 40-45 minutes to the airport or city. Tonkin highway now comes all the way to Bullsbrook and makes it a lot closer. A new road is currently being built and will make it another 8-10 minutes closer.
There is a local village IGA and shops with a brand-new Woolworths and 35 specialty shops being built.
I have recently renovated the home and there are two areas that can be very separate. The area available will have 1 or two bedrooms, a lounge room, ensuite, access to an entertaining area and as much external parking as you need.
