We enjoy offering rooms in our home to be rented by students, travelers, FIFO workers etc. to give people a safe and friendly place to stay, and we enjoy the company and vibe it creates to have people around.
We have friendly cats, dogs, a few birds, some horses.
We have our own business, we enjoy the outdoors, playing games, drinking coffee and looking after the animals.
Our home is large, neat, tidy and clean, offers great space for people to enjoy and relax, and a quiet large size room to study or work if required.
Whilst we are easy going we have high standards.
We are looking for people who are straight, employed, respectful, friendly, independent, non entitled, likes animals, has manners, non smoking, and respects the space and property of others.
The home has a large communal area away from bedrooms and can be quiet or busy with people at any given time, depending on what rooms are being rented at the time of your stay, and there is a large deck which offers magnificent sunset views, and a whole separate pool area to relax in.
