Tucked into the corner of a cul de sac, this 4 bedroom house has just had a bit of an update - all walls painted, French oak wooden floors in living areas and carpets in the bedrooms.
A choice of two lounge areas so there is space for the residents to hang together or entertain separately.
Separate laundry area.
You will have your own bathroom and toilet (accessible for visitors though).
You have a choice of two bedrooms (almost identical in size).
There is a fair sized garden (needs work currently, but this will get addressed! Bonus if you like gardening!)
There is also an undercover (garage door) parking space or if you're inclined, you could use this space to set down mats and keep it as a work out area?
I have a rescue doggo who adores cuddles but as of yet does not have brilliant socialization skills with other hounds!
We are close to bus stops (which can then get you to Murdoch Station for trains).

Bills and expenses
Ideally I am looking for the right FIFO housemate.
If I find a suitable FIFO house buddy, then the bills will be included in the weekly rent. This makes it much easier for both parties.
If I find a suitable house mate who moves in full time then the bills will be split 50 / 50.

Since my departure I have traveled extensively and also spent some time living in Melbourne.
I was as surprised as anyone that I have ended up doing up my house and moving in and settling back down in Perth!
I am a Somatic Movement teacher and in training to complete my qualifications as a Clinical Practitioner in Somatic Movement Education, as such one of the rooms in the house is set up as a treatment room, this is another reason why my preference is to match with a FIFO worker so that I can take clients without disturbance.
I have a dog, whom I love to bits and other than that, I enjoy spending time with my friends, love a good coffee, enjoy cooking with others, eating out or maybe a take out and a movie.
Lately I am not a huge drinker, I enjoy one or two but it is not a necessity and I don't get FOMO!!
I would like a house mate who I can share the house with as friends, enjoy doing some things together but also respect your need for privacy and time and space to decompress after working.
I think at the end of the day, we all want the same thing, somewhere safe and comfortable to call home with pleasant company!
I would like someone who is independent and also someone who is courteous and I will endeavour to be the same.
I'm happy to share things within reasonable limits.
I would like someone who would respect the space, that is, tidy up if a mess is made, empty the bin if it needs doing or change the loo roll etc.
More than anything, I would like someone who is open to having a conversation if there are any concerns or issues so that we can live in harmony.
I have been blessed to have had many lovely house mates in the past, so I'm looking forward to meeting my new house mate.
He is a total cuddle bum with people, his socialization with other dogs is a work in progress!
