We have a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house available to rent from 1 October until end of February 2019. My friend and his girlfriend are moving overseas and I’m (Ollie) staying, so I am are IDEALLY looking for a COUPLE to take their place.
Our house is located 5mins from Swanbourne beach, 10mins from the city and it takes 8mins to walk to Loch Street train station.
I am the owner of a 2 y/o friendly German Shepard named Hunter so the ideal roommates would like dogs.
They are leaving their bed behind which will be included for the new tenants. There is also a storage shed out the back.
There is 1 undercover parking bay, space behind the parking bay as well as free street / lawn parking.
