Your bedroom is at the back of the house so it is the quietest and most private of the bedrooms. Your bathroom and toilet are next to your room. Apart from when quests visit or I may occasionally take a bath, you have it all to yourself.

The house is a the bedroom brick and tile home. It is very comfortable and low maintenance. Walking distance to bus stop, shops, post office, doctors and cafe. Murdoch train station and, freeway is only a 10minute drive away.
The bus to Freo or the city is only an 6min walk.
The neighbourhood is quiet. With a number of parks you can walk to, if that appeals to you. Adventure world is very close. And the Kardyna shops are a short drive.
