Description of the home

Available immediately. I have 1 small furnished bedroom available for rent in my house.
I have WiFi in my home.
The room available has a double bed, tall boy and side drawers and clothes wardrobe for $350 per week, including bills.
If you go out and have a fun time, please don't bring the party home.
No overnight stays of other people as I have my 7 year old son here.
Everyone in the house is responsible for a clean and tidy home.
2 weeks rent paid for bond. You will get all of your bond back on the day you move out if there is no damage to the room or to the house, and as long as the room is as it was when you moved in.
2 weeks rent up front and 2 weeks notice given to move out.
Minimum 2 weeks stay.
Under cover garage available for 1 car.
All of my house is fully furnished. Washing machine and dryer free to use in the laundry. One shared bathroom. Separate toilet.
Ducted heating and cooling in the whole house and each bedroom. Also the bedroom has a ceiling fan and ceiling fans are throughout the house.
Would suit someone who does not have much stuff.
3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. One living area has TV and lounge and one living area has gym equipment and a lounge. Outside area is nice with lot's of places to sit and trees over the back fence which are beautiful.
