Full time professional worker in my 40s. Work 80% from home office. Kind, honest, easy going and low key. I respect peoples’ privacy and space.
Primary school aged son lives here 50% of the time and goes to school and after school care. He can be loud and messy at times when at home, but will keep to own areas and the house is pretty big. Goes to bed at 730pm so house is quiet and chill after that. Very sweet and smart kid.
So it will just be me for half the time and me and my son half the time. Big house but looking for just one other flatmate/couple/plus kid to share with.

I work hard at my job, so when off work I generally keep to myself and value a harmonious, relaxed and inviting home. I can be cluttered at times but keep shared areas clean and organised.

6 year old Golden Retriever. Rescue. Very friendly and calm. Fantastic with young children and is a natural therapy dog if you are having a bad day.
