I am currently living by myself in 2 bedroom apartment and looking to find a flatmate to share the house!
The unit has a river view, it's an amazing place for chill out on sunset!

Location: Situated in the heart of East Perth, our unit provides easy access to public transport, shopping centers, restaurants, and more. 1 min walking to bus stop to the CBD. 15-20 mins by walking.
Room: The room is furnished, however no desk and chair in the room. Room is connected to bathroom.
Shared Spaces: Share kitchen and bathroom, cleaning after yourself is a must. Looking for a clean and tidy person.
Both my room and yours has an access to bathroom through doors nearby, so locking the door is essential. Because the unit is slightly small and rooms are close to each other, if you are a light sleeper wouldn't be the best suite.
Wi-Fi: High-speed internet connectivity available for your convenience.
Amenities: No parking on site, coin operated washing machines and dryer machines are available in the complex. The unit has washing machine but no dryer machine unfortunately.
