The apartment is within the CBD precinct in which Transperth buses are free (e.g. to Kings Park), plus there is a free Red CAT bus stop within 30 metres to rapidly take you to and from the city and West Perth (there is one Red CAT bus every 5 minutes and 8 minutes at weekends). Can also travel free to Charlie Gardener Hospital and UWA. There are excellent cafes close by (the closest is about 50 metres away), and an excellent IGA Foodies Market and several mini-marts within easy walking distance.

Location wise, the best of everything is at your fingertips. It is only 20 steps from an entry gate into the picture-perfect Queens Gardens and there is a pedestrian bridge over Adelaide Terrace to the eco-parklands on the East side of Langley Park and the new Herrisson Island Boorloo pedestrian bridge. All the major sporting venues (WACA, Gloucester Park and an Optus Stadium) are within easy walking distance. The Swan River is nearby and provides kilometres of beautiful river walks and cycle paths and, about 150 metres walk away, there is a fantastic new water-slide playground, Olympic pool, gym and a learn-to-swim pool in the new WACA development opening soon.
