Rent includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet), as well as cleaning of wet areas (bathroom and toilet), common areas (vacuuming and mopping), and garden care (weeding, mowing, maintenance, and general tidy-up). The house has a single central control for the fans, air conditioning, and heating.
