Small cottage style home in Ellenbrook, bus stops fairly close. Quiet neighbourhood, newly renovated with new flooring, paint, carpets. Double carport is secure. Elevated with a view of the hills. The house is on the market for sale, but if everything works out we can move into a shared house once it sells (been on the market for a year).
