The house is a huge, renovated 131 year old heritage listed home in the heart of Fremantle, located on the hill between the war memorial park and the Fremantle Prison Tourist precinct.
We have a big room available, in the original part of the house with 12’ high ceilings, beautiful heritage features and a fireplace.
The house layout is practically separated into 2 sections with a small courtyard in the middle, the original 1893 built house at the front and a modern 2 story extension with the kitchen & main living areas at the back, ensures plenty of space and privacy.
The House is completely furnished (with optional furniture for your room).
We have 3 separate living spaces - which allows you to be social but have space for yourself and guests too - including a large private media room at the front and an open plan living at the back, both with BIG ultra HD4K TVs, AppleTV, and all major streaming services with a PlayStation - perfect if you're into movies or gaming.
Large fully equipped chef's kitchen with European appliances including an induction stovetop, built-in steamer, dishwasher and 2 fridges with a walk in pantry with separate food storage.

We’re looking for a new housemate to share our big beautiful house in the best spot in Freo.
We like wine & great food, charcuterie boards, dogs, scuba diving, nature, travelling, adventures and bad humour.
We all work long shifts in Hospitals/Health depts (most which I work away). Sometimes work day/night shifts, and usually are on sleep rotation, therefore the house is pretty quiet for the majority of the time so someone who can appreciate that is key.
Also someone we can trust to take care of the house and keep it clean while we’re travelling is important - no one likes coming home to a messy house after a long day/night/week! :)
This is definitely not a party house but we like having friends over for the occasional gathering and dip in the pool.

He’s a little rascal that constantly wants to play. We always clean up after him and keep him out of the front section of the house and out of carpeted rooms with a gate so he won’t make a mess or chew your things. 😆
I also have 2 tropical aquariums with marine fish & a coral reef.
