PLEASE NOTE THAT I’M MAINLY LOOKING FOR MALES AGED 31+, MAYBE FEMALES. NO COUPLES, sorry.

The house is a 1905 renovated and extended home in best part of Fremantle, on the hill near Stevens Reserve.

I have TWO big fully-furnished bedrooms available in the original part of the house with 12’ high ceilings and beautiful heritage features. Each comes with a queen size bed, stylish wardrobe, chest of drawers, all bedding, and mats on the beautiful jarrah floor. All you have to bring are your clothes!

My bedroom suite is on the floor above, so there’s a good chance you won’t see me early in the day.

Rent includes all amenities (gas, electricity, water, unlimited broadband, most streaming services, fortnightly cleaner, and pool girl). I do most of household shopping and cooking if that suits you. I like to create inventive, balanced and healthy meals during the week. All I ask of you (financially) is to share the shopping bills once personal items are removed. Of course, if you enjoy cooking and are willing to do so any time, I would be delighted!


The fully-furnished house — which I like to keep clean, tidy, and organised — features a beautiful original hallway leading to the bedrooms, then onto your own living area which has a comfy couch, table and big ultra HD4K TV where you can enjoy most major streaming services.

This room leads to the modern fully-equipped kitchen with sea views — spectacular sunsets — and a bathroom you share with the other tenant.

There’s a staircase down to the laundry, a salt-water pool (no nasty chlorine), garden, and outdoor undercover dining area. That level also features a third loo and Balinese-style outdoor hot and cold shower.

The lower level also houses a separate living area for my use own personal use (unless I invite you), so there will be no arguments about what to watch on TV!


You will be sharing with me, Julie, my barely-there cats Archie (8) and Jago (3) and the other tenant. I’m active and social but also enjoy a lot of quiet time to read, write and reflect.

South Beach is a few minutes away, and town centre is a short walk down the hill to some of Freo's best restaurants and bars, gyms.
