This deceptive limestone home is in best part of Fremantle near Stevens Reserve. Its beautiful hallway leads to the bedrooms, then onto your own tenants’ living area which has a comfy couch, dining table and big ultra HD4K TV where you can enjoy most major streaming services.
This leads to the modern fully-equipped kitchen with sea views — spectacular sunsets — and a bathroom you share with the other tenant.
There’s a staircase down to the laundry, a salt-water pool (no nasty chlorine), garden, and outdoor undercover dining area, Balinese-style outdoor hot and cold shower, and third loo. The lower level also houses my separate living area.
My bedroom suite is on the top floor, so there’s a good chance you won’t see me early in the day.
The home is fully-furnished, and I like to keep it clean, tidy, and organised.
Rent includes all amenities (gas, electricity, water, unlimited broadband, most streaming services, and a pool girl). To save you time, I do most of grocery shopping and cooking... and I'm a good cook who likes to vary the protein and vegetables every night for balanced eating. All I ask is that you share the shopping bills once personal items are removed.
