I am offering a beautiful big fully-furnished bedroom with 12’ high ceilings and heritage features. It comes with a queen size bed with side tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small desk, and all bedding. All you have to bring are your clothes!

This 1910 renovated and extended home is in best part of Fremantle, on the hill near Stevens Reserve. It features a beautiful original hallway leading to the bedrooms, then onto your own tenants’ living area which has a comfy couch, table and big ultra HD4K TV where you can enjoy most major streaming services.

This room leads to the modern fully-equipped kitchen with sea views — spectacular sunsets — and a bathroom you share with the other tenant.

There’s a staircase down to the laundry, a salt-water pool (no nasty chlorine), garden, and outdoor undercover dining area, Balinese-style outdoor hot and cold shower, and third loo. The lower level also houses a separate living area for my personal use so there will be no arguments about what to watch on TV!

My bedroom suite is on the top floor above, so there’s a good chance you won’t see me early in the day.

Rent includes all amenities (gas, electricity, water, unlimited broadband, most streaming services, and a pool girl). If you want, I am happy to do most of household shopping — all I ask of you (financially) is to share the shopping bills once personal items are removed. It would be an advantage if you’d liked cooking and were available to cook some evenings.

The home is fully-furnished, and I like to keep it clean, tidy, and organised.

The train station is a 10 minute walk. Shops are three minutes by car. South Beach is a few minutes away, and the town centre is a short walk down the hill to some of Freo's best restaurants and bars, gyms.
