Description of the home
Amazing opportunity to share a home with just one other female in a great location close to Freo and the beach.
Lovely, spacious four-bedroom home on a massive block with beautiful timber floors throughout and a warm, homely feel.
There's a big enclosed backyard with an outdoor bath and lots of space to relax and enjoy. Established mature trees (including mulberry and lemon trees), loads of greenery and plenty of shade.
Amazing location! Just 5 minutes drive to South Fremantle beach, 10 minutes to Fremantle and only a few hundred metres from local shops, bakery, IGA and takeaway options. Bus stops are a short walk away.
Plenty of space for off-street parking. There's also a large garage used for storage and as a creative workspace, with workbenches for crafting, projects or tinkering.
Inside there's a big comfy shared lounge room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom with indoor bath and separate laundry which are all fully furnished and appointed with everything you may need. You'll also have your own toilet. I have my own private wing at one end of the house, so there's a nice balance of shared living and personal space.
Privately rented with a lovely landlord and no routine rental inspections which is so great.
You'll be sharing this lovely big home with just me and my dog Pikelet! πΆ

I'm 40 (a young 40 ha!) and a zoologist who works full-time in environmental conservation. I have a big love for animals, fashion, nature and the outdoors. I enjoy horse riding, hiking, heading to the beach, spending time with friends and having some downtime at home.
I'm friendly, easygoing and open-minded, with progressive values. I enjoy a chat, having a laugh or sharing a meal, but also really value my own space and independence. I love a quiet, relaxed home and occasionally have friends over for dinner or a catch-up, but it's definitely not a party house. I like keeping things clean, comfortable and welcoming.
I currently work full-time in an office, so I'm up early and out of the house during the week, although I'll have some flexibility to work from home a little in the future.
Looking for a friendly, considerate, reliable and easygoing female housemate who's independent, clean and tidy, communicates well and is self-aware. Someone who enjoys a peaceful, relaxed home, but is also happy to have a chat and share a meal or movie night every so often.
Ideally someone who's working or studying, a non-smoker/non-vaper and a genuine dog lover. Pikelet is a big part of my life, so it's important to find someone who enjoys having him around and genuinely cares about his wellbeing.
We share weekly household cleaning, take turns mowing the lawn and very occasionally have a garden busy bee. Looking for someone who's happy to pitch in with keeping the home and garden lovely. Keeping the house secure, including locking doors and closing gates, is also a must π
There's loads of green space and plenty of potential to grow veggies or create your own little garden if that's your thing!
I'd love to find someone who genuinely enjoys having a dog around and would be happy to occasionally look after Pikelet when I'm away. Otherwise, I can arrange for a pet sitter to stay at the house with him when needed π
I also have three pet snakes (pythons), who live securely in their enclosures, and a beehive in the front garden! πΆππ
We have our own honeyπ―
Sorry unfortunately there is no room for more pets.
