The house is a stunning three-storey stone building, full of character and charm. It’s currently shared by three lovely housemates (24y woman from Aus, 27y woman from English, 31y man from Italy), and we’re looking for someone who appreciates beauty, calm, and a good balance between shared moments and personal space.

The available space includes two unfurnished rooms:
🛏 One room perfect as a bedroom, with balcony access
🪴 A second room ideal as a private studio or walk-in wardrobe, also with a balcony
☀️ Both balconies overlook a magical courtyard garden full of life and plants – a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening unwind.

We're looking for someone easy-going, working, and ideally staying long-term. No pets, sorry.
