Am looking for a wholesome soul to share our space in our cute duplex in Hammy Hill preferably mid-long term. $250pw (including bills and wifi) It's on the quietest street across the road from Manning Park and the trails(other than the beautiful bird noises of course) am in no rush as needs to be a good fit for everyone ☺️
5 minutes from Coogee and South Beach it's the perfect spot especially this time of year👌

You'll be sharing the space with me Luke (37m) a conscientious guy, my creative and easygoing daughter (11) who is with me (Wed to Sat) and our very affectionate dog Milo
I work full time and this time of year am usually out of the house enjoying the outside, early morning swims in the ocean, runs, hikes, yoga and playing soccer or in the garden.
The vibe is wholesome, safe and friendly, I love to cook, and make the home feel as welcoming as possible.
Its all about creating a space where everyone can be their best selves. I am a good communicator i would be looking for the someone who is also and emotional maturity and self awareness are a must.
Not a party house it's a sanctuary to all, wholesome breakfast lunches, dinners and good people are always welcome.
Milo is still only 18 months and super affectionate and is not unknown to want lots of cuddles and attention, so being a dog lover is probably a must. Also be handy to have a car as the location is great but 15 minute walk to closest bus stop
