Hey! We’re looking for 2 people to take over our 2 rooms in a house in Heathridge, near Joondalup ASAP 🏡☀️
The area is really nice, quiet and homely, and the house is in a great location — around 5 mins drive from Joondalup and 2 mins from IGA/shops. Also very close to mullaloo beach. Super convenient but still a peaceful neighbourhood.
The house has a spacious kitchen, pool, outdoor area and built-in wardrobes in the rooms. You’ll also be officially added onto the lease.
💰 Rent is $256pw each + bills
