A lovely new 3x2 home in Heathridge.. very close to freeway, beach, shops, university, parks and public transport. You would have your own furnished or unfurnished room with ducted aircon/heating. Safe quiet friendly suburb, you would also have your own bathroom and can share the use of my office for more space or work. I have a large lock up garage for extra storage and parking in the driveway. I have a great spa and garden with bbq out the back which you can also have use of.

I value my space and tend to keep to myself but don’t mind watching a tv show together or sharing a drink/meal occasionally too. I have a cat who is very friendly. FIFO & Lgbtqi welcome. no couples/families or unemployed please. 🙏 if interested please text.
