This is a comfortable and peaceful home in a quiet suburb, conveniently located near Joondalup and Wanneroo.
The furnished room comes with its own private bathroom, and you will share the home with only one other female, offering plenty of privacy and space. Rent includes all bills and internet. Covered parking is also available for a small car, and you are welcome to use the spare wardrobe in the third bedroom.
The house is close to Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, Wanneroo Central, cafés, gyms, Pilates and yoga studios, public transport and other everyday amenities. It would be ideal for a full-time professional or a mature student with a regular routine.
This home is best suited to someone who appreciates a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. It is a quiet, party-free household and a lovely place to relax and unwind after work.
Please note that the room is not suitable for someone who works from home full-time. Occasional work-from-home days may be considered.
