The bedroom has a double bed, Wi-Fi, a work desk, air conditioning, fresh linen, towels, key lock door for your privacy and security and lots of storage room. Bedding and towels can be provided.

Access:
You can freely access the living area, toilet, laundry, bathroom and the front and side yard. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area to enjoy the evenings and a BBQ.

Parking:
Safe offroad parking available.

Other things to note:
I have a Labrador called Ferdie. He is very friendly and loves everyone. He can get a little excited when meeting new people but he calms down in quickly. Loves Kids

Strictly no smoking in room or house.
