Have had many boarders ranging in age from mid 20.s mid 30,s , both Male and female have rented over the last 3 years. Length of stay approx 1 to 1.5 years. Have a female boarder at the moment from Chile.

20 minutes to airport -Would suit ,City workers,Students,or FIFO workers and others who work in the City or close by. Close to cafe strip in Victoria Park along with the Casino. Must be clean and tidy as i take pride in my home. Previous tenants more than willing to supply feedback.

A prerequisite _ Must be clean and tidy- I,m easy going and support all of my tenants. Presently have a fully employed guy who is going up North for work and a fully employed 34 year old Chilean Lady- Now prefer a a clean person who can share household duties-
