The ideal housemate would like a relaxed and quiet home, keep regular working/sleeping hours ( no shift work coming and going in the night during the week).Would not suit someone who works from home full-time. Loves Dogs and is comfortable with them being in your space. Someone who is comfortable in shared living spaces, is friendly but happy to do their own thing. we don't need to chat every time we see each other. Strictly no smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, loud music, parties, frequent guests. I am reasonable with having guests visit and staying overnight, having groups etc occasionally is totally fine. but it is a small space to share and i am looking to rent a single occupancy room, so daily guests is not reasonable for the living space.
Description of pets
Winne 5 and Walter 3 are miniature cavoodles and hypoallergenic, i keep their coats short. I have them 50% of the time.
They are house trained and have access to the courtyard with pet door. i take them out of the house for exercise most days. They mostly sleep, wrestle each other or play with their toys. They will sit with you on the sofa or your bed if you leave your room door open.
