Medium sized bedroom for rent - big enough for a queen sized bed + TV / Cabinet (includes wardrobe).
Shared bathroom and toilet with another female who has just moved in.
You will have free street parking on a fairly quiet street (ie. its not a main road).
The lease term is 12 months - BEGINNING 20 AUGUST 2024. You can move in from this date (or possibly slightly earlier, depending on when the previous tenant has moved out by).

- Walking distance to the South Perth foreshore and a $10 Uber from the Crown Casino and Optus Stadium.

Whilst I have nothing against animals, unfortunately this house is not suitable for pets - sorry!
