I am looking for a girl to move in before the 8th of May. Please message me! ☺️
You’ll get the front master room with a bright window, double wardrobe space, and a ceiling fan. There is air con and gas heating in the main living area. We have a garage that can fit one car, and can fit a second car in front (there is visitor parking also). There is a small (but cute) back yard area with seating and a Webber! I also have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. I have everything you would need, including some storage space in the garage☺️
We are at a good location that is only about 15 minutes away from the beach and 7 minutes away from the freeway. The apartment is decorated, and there isn’t much space for any more furniture as it’s already decked out!
Your bedroom has a queen bed, mattress, and two bedside tables already in if you need. We would share a bathroom and toilet. I would love to organise a meet up at the house to discuss more about agreements and rules. I am looking for someone to live with long term!

I am honestly looking for a roommate to be friends with, as our home is cozy and I spend a lot of time here - but I am obviously respectful of boundaries and alone time!
During my week I am mostly out or at work, or seeing my friends and boyfriend. I am currently working full time but will return to studying my degrees in psychology and criminology next semester. I will be doing my honours in psychology next year full time. I have a room to study in for when I start back up again (as well as my bedroom). Usually when I am studying, I would be home about 3 days a week to study. I am definitely a hard worker!
It’ll be just the two of us, but I do have my friends over for catchups and my boyfriends stays over some nights too - but I am respectful of that we are sharing a home☺️
I am very clean, tidy, and prideful of my space, and expect this of whoever I live with in our shared spaces.
