Perfectly situated just off the freeway at Whitfords Ave right near both on and off ramps and only 2 minutes walk to Whitfords Train Station. Awesome quiet complex with only 7 apartments. Located in a super quiet area of Kingsley close enough for walking distance to both Kingsley and Woodvale Shops.
5-10 minute walk to Craigie Leisure Centre.
10 mins drive to beach. 18 mins to Perth on Freeway. 10 mins to Joondalup on Freeway.
Apartment is reverse cycle air conditioned in living area and furnished with modern stylish furniture. All white goods, tv, furniture and kitchen goods are all brand new (within 2 years old)
All bills are included - Internet, electricity, water, gas.
Room is the one shown with massage table (now removed) only bedroom furniture is needed and unfortunately all that can fit in the apartment! It is seriously self contained for who ever accepts.

My name is Brad and I am a Perth born and bread (oh yeah also Meekatharra on a sheep and cattle station and then Kalbarri before returning to Perth) single father of two teenagers (so they won’t be around much or at all!!) Seperated from my wife nearly 1 year ago and kids live with her.
I am hoping to find the right people to live with who (like me) are down to earth, chilled, good fun, sense of humoured, respectful, considerate, compassionate and clean and tidy!
I am a Tennis Coach, Personal/Business Coach, Mentor, Behavioural Change Therapist, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner.
I am also a Community Services and Support Manager and currently working with a select handful of clients (hands on) to support them with Support Work.
I have specialised my tennis coaching and now I am also offering All Inclusive Programs, working with people effected by mental and physical disabilities. Currently Autism and Down Syndrome and soon offering to ADHD, Dyslexic, Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I just love it and all my clients.
