Awesome location. A bus stop is about a 70 metre walk, straight into the city. Maylands train station is a 4 minute walk. Its then 10 minutes by train into the city, or circa 15 mins to the airport. If you're a last-minute person then it's just an $11 uber ride into the city. Plenty of buses too which take a little longer.
This is in the vibey town centre of Maylands - with two breweries within a 300metre walk, and same walking distance to the retail shopping and cafe strip on Watley Crescent (and restaurant strip on Eighth Avenue - thai, lebanese, italian, indian etc).

Nice friendly vibes in a great location. A few minutes walk to cafes, breweries, restaurants and shops. There is a pet cat in the apartment. Close to airport. Direct link via train, Maylands station is a stones throw away.
You will be sharing with a 31 year old guy (James) who is quiet, friendly, working full time and not often home. James is moving out in a few months - meaning the whole apartment will be vacant.
The third bedroom/office is currently vacant.
There is a lush garden in the private courtyard. Apartment comes with a cat door (although it doesnt come with a cat!).
