Description of the home
3 x 2 house with 2 living room areas, good sized kitchen, balcony and courtyard area. On a driveway with 3 other stand alone houses, but mine is at the end so furthest from the traffic and street noise with off-street parking too. Wooden floorboards so the house stays reasonably cool during summer, but you'll probably want to be wearing socks or ugg boots walking around during winter! House is fairly well furnished so probably not suited to someone with a large amount of additional furnishings. Photos are a touch out of date, house is the same but some different furniture in lounge. Will update when I get a chance.

I'm Ben and it will just be me living in the house. I work full-time during the week managing the ticketing operations for several theatre venues around Perth. When I'm not working I like to get out to a lot of gigs and tend to get a bit restless so I'm not a huge homebody, but I do still enjoy chilling out at night with a movie or TV show binge. Also love traveling and always thinking of the next trip... I'm probably a little bit OCD but I'm definitely not over the top. Enjoy having housemate's who are also friends but very respectful of privacy and having our own personal space too.
Compatible people
Being clean and tidy are very important qualities to me. I'm not a fan of seeing dirty dishes on the bench or the house in chaotic disarray! Paying rent and bills on time are obviously an important thing. Be good to have a house mate that we can go out and grab a drink or watch a movie together but at the same time have our own lives.
Description of pets
I have one cat called Sheppy.. She's an outdoor cat but i keep her inside because the house is too close to a busy street for me to be comfortable with her roaming around out there.. And there's a lot of cat's fighting all around the area. She's very stand-offish with strangers but once she gets to know you she is super friendly.
