We have recently leased this beautiful 4-5 bed (we're keeping the 5th as a guest bedroom/study) house in Claremont. It was beautifully furnished when we leased it, by a person with better taste than us! Each bedroom is of a good size, with storage space. The house features an outdoor pool and patio/entertainment area with a BBQ and food bar. A well-stocked kitchen would make it a perfect house for anyone who enjoys cooking.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the train station (for those environmentally-conscious people, or who don't have a car), which can be taken to the City or nearby Claremont Quarter (big shopping area). If you do drive, some of Perth's most beautiful beaches are a ten minute drive away. The suburb itself is quiet and residential but close enough to to beaches to the West and shopping to the South to make it a very desirable area.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, gas, internet, water. We do not have a landline or cable TV. Pool and garden maintenance is included in the rent. Bills will be split equally between the 4 housemates.

About the occupants
My name is Elizabeth, I'm an Irish doctor working in an Emergency Department in Perth so my shift work means I come and go at different hours, sometimes working 4 nights in a row so I'm asleep all day (I'm a pretty heavy sleeper fortunately!). On my days off I like going to the beach, gym, going out for dinner and socialising with friends. When summer rolls round ( October-May realistically!) you'll find me at various food/music/wine festivals and at the beach. I like experimenting in the kitchen (but I always clean up after myself, momma taught me well). I make a mean lemon drizzle cake.

Rae - Rae is also a doctor in Perth, from Trinidad. She studied with me (Elizabeth) at Uni in Ireland and moved to Perth a year ago. She likes going to the gym, going out for dinner, to the beach. Probably UberEats number 1 customer in Perth. Has a weakness for The Bachelor.

Aisling - Aisling is another Irish doctor who moved to Perth 2 years ago, then to Melbourne and back to Perth. She also likes going to the gym (for a house of gym-goers we're not as fit as you'd think, we eat a lot of cookies) and out socialising with friends. Makes a mean apple and blackberry crumble. Somehow always manages to produce a glass of wine when you're thinking I'd love a glass of wine". A big fan of Lush so the shower always smells ~incredible~ after she uses it.
