Hey there!
I have a room available in my lovely 2x1 house in Mount Hawthorn. The lease runs until January, making it a great option for someone looking for a longer-term stay. Rent is $300 per week
A little about me: I work full-time (mostly 9-5, but sometimes later) and don’t work from home. I’m a bit of a night owl, enjoy spending time with housemates, but also appreciate my own space, so if you’re someone who likes a balance of social time and downtime, we’ll get along great!
