You seriously cannot get a better location than this! Just a short walk from the river, Woolworths, coffee shops, takeaway food, the Raffles hotel etc etc ... Bus stop on your doorstep and train just a few minutes walk away. Freeway access is awesome for north or south!

5 Bedroom older character house - I occupy 3 rooms with my bedroom office and studio space all at one end of the house. At the other end of the house there are 2 bedrooms (available) one large king sized bedroom with walk in robe and one smaller room to be used as office or storage etc.

Shared bathroom, but with 2 toilets, one separate in the laundry at the back of the house. Laundry with 2nd fridge for extra food space, washer and dryer.

Large kitchen that can accommodate a couple of people cooking at a time. Unfortunately no dishwasher but I am someone who washes my dishes as soon as I use them.

The house has 2 separate living spaces, including one very large one that can even be partitioned.
There are 2 separate outdoor areas - grassed courtyard at the front of the house, and a large patio/entertaining area at the back. This house offers lots of personal space.
