The other occupant of the unit is a 28 year old PhD student at UWA, she is very laid back and is looking for preferably a couple to move in once her current housemates vacate.

Looking for a couple or single to move into the Master bedroom. The bedroom is a spacious queen sized room with a private balcony, walk through wardrobe and en suite.

The two storey unit is within a quiet small block on Hampden rd Nedlands. The unit is completely furnished (feel free to bring your own mattress). including washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, BBQ, lounge, outdoor furniture and dining table. A third smaller bedroom is located downstair and can be used by the new tenants as an office or spare room. (Third toilet also within the laundry)

The unit is walking distance to UWA and Charlie Gardener hospital. Buses to the city stop every 15 mins right out the front of the unit block.
