Oval across the road, 2min walk to shops, 7min walk to bus stop that goes straight to CBD.
House is a 10 year old classic modern small 3x2.
I moved into the house in Jan 2025, female tenant (chilled girl from NZ) started renting in the house since Feb 2025. Has been easy sharing house with 2 people, now looking to rent out last bedroom so house will have 3 people total.
Bathroom will be shared between female tenant and yourself.
The house was freshly painted after I bought it and is in great shape.
Park opposite house is awesome.
Tennis courts, a basketball court, big shady trees.
Gives neighbourhood a relaxed, social, active and cooler (temp) vibe.
Lived in lots of house shares in the past. Looking for someone who respects other people’s space but is also keen for a chat. Someone who is considerate, honest, a good communicator, positive and who cleans up after themselves.

For myself, I work in construction industry, operate side business, into fitness, reading and business entrepreneurship.
Lived with a lot of different people in past.
Always worked best with someone who also ensures their use of the space doesn't impinge on the other person and someone who's also keen for a chat but has other things going on in their life then just socialising/partying.
Other tenant, Female from NZ, full time working professional in sport industry.
Both of us start and finish work around 7am - 3pmish. Though these times and use of shared spaces never had any adverse effects.
