Description of the home

Must have NO pets. Make sure to let me know what you do for work also as those with permanent jobs will be considered first.
Couples: if your a couple you will each be paying the price of a single and will have access to x2 bedrooms one you can use as a spare room or a private lounge or study. That way there will only ever be 3 people in the house and it won’t be crowded.
Currently living in a rental although wanting to find a new place or extend lease (31st August lease expires I will be looking for roommates for then) (will need bond money and a couple weeks rent up front hence why the add is up early)

Home will be shared with my dog myself and my partner occasionally, who works fifo. The house has a beautiful small backyard lovely to sit out in for social drinks or to have dinner under the fairy lights, there is also a large front area that can also be used for small quiet drinks. Dishwasher, clothes washer, gas stove oven are all included as well as wifi. We also have a huge pantry, large fridge, cooking appliances and all kitchen utensils are shared. I will eventually be upgrading to a bigger couch. Open living room area with views of the backyard from the kitchen and living room. Windows are extra tinted for those hot summers. Aircon in communal area and fan.
The house has one bathroom although 2 toilets. One located behind the kitchen closest to bedroom 3 and the laundry and the other is in the hallway across from bathroom in between master room and bedroom 2.

The 2nd bedroom is in the hallway with the master room. Smaller then bedroom 3 although able to fit a double bed side table and chair with a built in wardrobe
The 3rd bedroom is medium sized with a double bed and located on the opposite side of the house for a little more privacy in this small abode. We are certainly not a party house although small social gatherings and drinks are always welcome being respectful of other house mates.

The beach is a 25minute walk from the house and a 5 minute drive. Train station isn’t far and busses are within walking distance. Cute coffee shops near by and great bars and places to eat

I’m a nurse and you probabaly won’t see much of me Monday to Thursday when I’m at work. I love home to feel calm after work so noisy party people will not be considered. Small social drinks are always welcome taking into consideration all the roommates and their work schedules being respectful of when the house needs to be quiet and when it’s okay for a bit of noise. I don’t do drugs or smoke/vape and I will take those who are likeminded into consideration first as my dog is my priority and If she were to consume something like that it’s a lot of $$ for me lol she’s already survived rat bait.

Oakley’s almost 2 and is fawn kelpie, outside during the day and comes in when dark. she loves people to bits almost to much she slides around on the floor when you come home, although she is at peace when at home, easy going and quiet although will have her zoomie moments.
