House is in a a cul-de-sac with bus stop to city about 50 meters at end of street. Centrally located to Vic Park, Leederville and My Lawley eateries and cafes, casino is just down the road easy walking distance..
Home is a renovation with some work left to do but very liveable, unique, interesting and tranquil. Gardens around the home are of a standard that always gets comments of appreciation by people walking past or first time visitors. You won't be disappointed. I take care of those but any help is much appreciated though not a deal breaker.
There is a studio gym which I use but am happy for you to use if responsibility is shown and taken.
Kitchen and dining is open plan with polished concrete and timber floors, very high timber ceilings in living dining area make for a tranquil and interesting environment. Lots of large windows and doors looking outside with trees visible from every window out from the shared space.

I travel quite a bit, are social and very respectful of others irrespective of their lifestyle choices and expect the same. I'm very happy to talk and discuss anything with a potential housemate but am not too inclined to put a great deal about myself on a public forum.
Any questions that are respectful and would help us identify if we'd be a good fit for a housemate are welcome and encouraged.
Respectful, clean and tidy, this means no-one wants to be anyones maid nor mother. You won't find my mess for you to wake up to in the kitchen or shared areas , hence I expect the same.
Our private domains are private, my personal property is mine though happy to share but please be respectful, ask and look after as required.
Household is peaceful and occupied by mature adults, if you are a party goer that wants to party at home, this isn't the right house for you. This is very important as I work long hours and home is a place of peace and tranquility.
Apologies if this sounds all a little too rigid but I want someone who is mature, an adult and respectful of others and their living space. Very loud music is fine if you have your headphones on ;-)
Tidiness and cleanliness is very important for the shared common areas. We are happy to discuss anything you want to know as this will ensure we're a good fit for all concerned. At the end of the day everyone want's a place they call home. Please ask if you have any concerns, everything is up for discussion so we don't make the wrong choice.
As I travel a bit I wan't someone mature and responsible, hopefully not too much to ask for.
