Welcome to Rae rd my newly renovated 4x1 in Safety bay. Walking distance to the beach and close to Rockingham foreshore, this is a great location. Footy fields and basketball courts across the road and bus stops and parks just a short walk away. There are three rooms to rent. Room 1 being the largest in the house and 2&3 the same size as each other. The new kitchen, toilet and bathroom is shared between everyone with plenty of storage space in all.
