Beautiful, modern and light room for rent in Scarborough!
We are seeking a roomate for our 2 bed, 2 bath (you'll have your own bathroom) townhouse in Scarborough. The house is full of natural light, its new and modern, but without the feeling of being a stock standard home!
There is a giant balcony, that we will fill with plants, a herb garden, outdoor seating and hopefully a pool table! Possibly an ice bath too!
We've just moved in and are in the process of decking the place out with all the furniture, TV, lkots of plants and everything it needs to make it a home. It will come fully furnished, though you are welcome to bring things if you have them, and the room itself can come furnished or unfurnished pending preference.
We are looking for someone who is clean and easy going!

My partner and I have just rented a townhouse in the lovely Scarborough suburbs and are looking for a roomate!
A little about us: We're a 25yo couple who are into health, fitness and adventure! One of us works from home, while the other works 7-4pm and we're both in the Entrepreneur space!
Both Grant and myself used to be atheltes (athletics) and love to stay active. Whether its hiking on the weekends, or exploring a new place, you'll find us outdoors. We're super easy going and love to cook.
We also have a gorgeous 6 month old dog (spoodle) named Leia. She's extremely calm and gentle and loves to cuddle.
We arn't necessarily ones to want to party, so please no big drinkers!
