We have a fully furnished room, it is medium size room with a queen sized bed. The room is available in our relaxed and friendly 4-bedroom home in South Guildford. We're looking for a clean, respectful housemate to join our household.

Couple: $425 per week
FIFO Single: $270 per week
FIFO couple: $375 per week

Furnished with a queen bed, it should be ready to move in by the 7th of November

Shared bathroom, only shared with one other female housemate, and the odd very occasionally guest

Two friendly indoor cats live in the home

Please note that while the kitchen is spacious, cupboard space is limited, so it would be best suited to someone who doesn't have a large collection of cookware, utensils, or kitchen appliances.
