We have 2 fully furnished rooms, 1 double bed sized and 1 queen sized bedroom. They are both available in our relaxed and friendly 4-bedroom home in South Guildford. We're looking for a clean, respectful housemate to join our household.

Room 1 (double bed)

Rent
Single: $300 per week
FIFO Single: $250 per week

Furnished with a double bed, it will be ready to move in by the 19th of September

Room 2 (queen bed)

Rent
Single: $325 per week
Couple: $425 per week
FIFO Single: $275 per week
FIFO couple: $375 per week

Furnished with a queen bed, it will be ready to move in by the 17th of October

The House

Spacious 4-bedroom home
Large shared lounge room
Large kitchen
Shared bathroom, only shared with one other female housemate, and the odd very occasionally guest
Large backyard
Parking space available
Two friendly indoor cats live in the home

Please note that while the kitchen is spacious, cupboard space is limited, so it would be best suited to someone who doesn't have a large collection of cookware, utensils, or kitchen appliances.
