Description of the home

My partner Ash and I are looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going flatmate to share our newly renovated modern cottage home with.

The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on a large 835sqm block, with a huge open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. I’ve spent the past three years renovating the house and have completely transformed it into a modern, comfortable home that I’m really proud of.

The house features:

A massive brand-new kitchen with plenty of bench and storage space

Brand-new flooring, carpets and freshly finished walls (completely new interior)

Air conditioning

A large, landscaped garden from and back. really well presented.

Huge open-plan kitchen, living and dining area

The Room

The bedroom available is very spacious (4.5m x 3.7m), with plenty of room for a queen/king bed, furniture and additional storage.

You’ll also have your own large, brand-new bathroom, located directly next to the bedroom. This will essentially be your private bathroom, with the only exception being when guests are visiting and need to use the bathroom.

Location

The house is conveniently located close to plenty of shops, cafes and outdoor areas, including:

Woolworths, Coles and IGA – all very close and within walking distance
Guildford – great cafes, restaurants and pubs
Swan Valley – plenty of wineries, restaurants and places to explore
John Forrest National Park – fantastic for walking, hiking and bike riding

Overall, it’s a really comfortable home with plenty of space, a great kitchen and outdoor area, and everything you need close by.

I’m looking for someone who will treat the house like their own, keep things clean and tidy, and is generally respectful and easy to live with.
