Room for let with a queen sized bed and bir available for let for one person only and will include one off street, covered and secured parking bay and would be best suited for a FIFO worker that want somewhere to chill on the week off.
Situated on the hilltop with uninterrupted northern views of the city with the the Windsor Hotel only a stone throw away and conveniently located with 24hr IGA, public transport and bottle shop within 5 minute walking distance.
Being of a certain age, the apartment does not have built in air conditioning.
The property has communal garden areas with city views and a refreshing pool.
