Large room available in Hami Hill, prefer 6 months plus, and 25+, $320 per week including bills, WiFi etc.
The house is split level, and you would be sharing the top level with a lovely Argentinian guy who has been here for about a year so far. There is a little loungeroom, large bathroom and balcony on that level.
Downstairs is the shared kitchen, lounge and laundry, and then there is a large undercover area in the garden. Sadly the rest of the garden is a complete mess right now, but I'm slowly trying to get it under control and have great plans for it!
Large house so never on top of each other.
You would be living with me (in 40's) and one other.
10 mins to Freo, 5 mins drive to South Beach or Coogee, close to small shopping centre and public transport, but probably best suited for someone with a car. Also must love dogs as 2 live here. 😀
