Lovely little secluded street Its only 10 min drive to Fremantle and a few minutes down the road to the beaches at Coogee/ CY Occonner woodman point
Has large ovals down the end of the street 2 min walk away and 5 mins walk is manning Park ( Azelia Lei) which is a lovely wetland park with a lake, walking paths, bbq areas, an old heritage listed homestead and many walking/riding trails with lookouts over looking the ocean and surrounding areas.
Phoenix shopping centre is up the hill only a few mins away which has woolys, big w farmer jacks, post office, pharmacy's, hair and beauty salons, boutique shops, cafes etc) and all are many other establishments nearby restaurants, fast food, service stations, car accessories, medical centers, gyms, etc
Also a spud shed commonweaith bank a tavern cafes Italian delicatessen hair beauty and a bakery at other locations close by
There's a bunnings and a huge fitness complex also not far away in Bibra lake.
There are transperth bus stops only a couple/several mins walk which will take you to Fremantle, Cockburn central, Elizabeth quay, Murdoch etc.
The master bed has an onsuite walk-in wardrobe. (May consider offering that room but currently that's mine) there are 2 bedrooms at the back of the house one more suited as a study and the other adjoins the house bathroom ( like an onsuite) has a built in wardrobe with slide mirrors and a slide door to outside.

I have Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney, foxtel and stan which i pay around $95/ month all up which you won't be charged for

Love nature and wildlife camping and hiking, love travelling when I can, love cooking, music, singing, gardening am a little creative artistically, enjoy interesting and exciting movie of all genres, documentaries and watch several series from scifi/ fantasy thrillers dramas action, crime etc
Don't go out as much as I used to but enjoy eating out with friends on occasion, going for a beer watching the footy, comedy shows and gigs ..
Love to make time for my family and friends as much as I can

Like to keep house fairly tidy, don't mind friends, dinner parties etc
And loud music occasionally lol
I work fifo (2/1)
so am only home 1 week every 3 so you will literally have house to yourself most the time.
